Your preview photo

The selected image is processed in your browser to create the preview. Pawline does not upload it to a server, publish it to a gallery or send it to a cloud background-removal service. Preview processing uses the photo in browser memory.

Resetting the standalone preview clears its photo. In the ordering demo, a photo already added to a cart item remains attached to that item when the editor resets; removing the item or resetting the entire demo clears that reference. Leaving or refreshing the page clears all demo photos and test data.

Ordering simulation

Test customer details, addresses, design text, cart and simulated order stay only in the memory of the demo page. They are not written to browser storage or the real order system. Use fictional details. Payments and inbox messages are simulated; no card details are collected and no email is sent.

Downloads and ordinary website requests

Your browser requests site pages, design images and software needed for the preview. Background-removal code and model files may be downloaded and cached by the browser. These requests do not include your selected photo.

The website host and any provider serving those files can receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. This is separate from processing your photo on your device.

Data from the earlier site

If you used an earlier version, its cart may still contain a photo and personalisation in this browser's local storage. Drafts and confirmation summaries may remain in session storage. This update preserves those records instead of silently deleting them. You can remove browser-held records through your browser's site-data settings.

Previously submitted requests may contain names, email addresses, addresses, notes and photos. Those existing records remain in the owner's protected order storage for review. The current preview does not add new records there.

Before paid orders open

A public support contact, data-retention details and the policies for a paid service have not yet been finalised. They must be published before new final-artwork requests or payments are accepted. This page does not promise an unconfirmed deletion deadline or support response time.
