Is the preview free?
Yes. Choose a product and try its design in your browser without paying or placing an order. All product effects are illustrations. Actual prices, dimensions, materials, pack quantities and shipping are to be announced.
A few things before you try.
Preview a custom pet poster, personality card or another physical piece. Real orders are not open.
Is this finished artwork?
No. It places your pet's photo into a character design. Automatic cutouts and placement can be imperfect. A person would prepare the final artwork when the service is ready.
Does my photo leave my device?
The free preview processes it in your browser. The background-removal code and model may need to download first, but your selected photo is not uploaded to Pawline or a background-removal service. See Your photo and privacy.
Why is the first background removal slower?
Your browser may need to download and load the model before doing the cutout. It also depends on your device. If the cutout fails, you can keep the original photo and continue.
Can I order a custom product?
Not yet. The intended service is a proof finished by a person, approval, then payment and production. Pricing, specifications, revision terms, delivery details and the support channel will be published before it opens.
What products can I preview?
Posters, portrait personality cards, mugs, totes, stickers and canvas prints. All share three original 4:5 designs. The mockups show how a design could look; sizes, materials and pack quantities have not been confirmed. Other collection pages remain coming soon.
What does the ordering demo do?
Try the complete simulation from product choice to cart, proof changes, pretend payment, shipping and aftercare. Its test price is US$1 per item plus US$1 shipping per order, with zero tax and discount. These amounts are not real prices. Notifications appear only in a simulated inbox; no order, charge or message is sent.
Will the demo remember my design?
Only while that demo page stays open. Photos, cart and test details remain in page memory. Refreshing, leaving or resetting clears them. Enter fictional details. Opening the demo from the separate preview page starts a new session, so choose the photo again.
What are the delivery, refund or revision policies?
Those policies have not been finalised. There are no sales during the preview. Confirmed terms must be available before paid orders begin.
How can I contact support?
A public support address has not been set up yet. No final-artwork requests are being accepted while that is being prepared.
What about an earlier cart or request?
Earlier carts can remain in the browser where you saved them. They are not current quotes. Saved historical requests are retained for the owner to review; this preview does not create new requests or automatically send messages.
